Title: f3 and f4 views for gvs in offline training

Is there any way to do it?  also, how do you get the RV-8 on offline?

Regarding the Rv-8, in the hanger type the dot command .showrv , then exit and reenter the hanger, it should now be visible.

Pretty sure in ViewModeFlags you can turn on external views.
