Title: B-24 graphics bug

The interior of the rear turret is missing when viewed from outside the aircraft. This is the case both in the skin viewer and in the game offline.

Another B-24 bug: The ball turret is lit from the opposite direction to the sun, but only when bump mapping is set to off. Seems to apply both in the game and the viewer.
