Title: Can't log in

I had to reload Aces high now I can't log in. What should I do?

Contact Rosie at AH and she can get you your login info. You must know a couple of the  the following to get it

Login ID
PW
and or CC that you used when you originally signed up.

I can't log in. but mine says error 4  call hitech. but none there that can help till tommorow? Anyone get that one before.

There are only two reasons I remember that you get the "call HTC". One is you got band, the other is your credit card/bill payment has an issue. Did you cancel your credit card and forget to inform HTC? Did you forget to send in the payment to HTC?

I don't think it can be fixed over the weekend so you'll have to wait until Monday. If you want, or NEED to play this weekend you can open a new account with a good credit card and get it straitened out Monday with a phone call.

Not banned, credit card is on auto pay. will have to call tomorrow I guess, or wait till Monday. Thanks
