What if Russia Invaded Japan?
It is early 1945 as the war on the western front is concluding with Germany’s imminent collapse, the Soviet Union sets it’s sights on expansion to the East. Never forgetting the border clashes with Japan on it’s southeastern border, the Soviet Union launches a retaliatory invasion of the Japanese home islands. It’s east vs. east and nothing less than the ownership of Japan is at stake!

Seems like the odds are stacked rather heavily in favor of the Soviets.

LA7 is the only bird on that list that will give a well flown KI84 a hard time.....it's pretty even
Well done way great idea

Are we talking Southern California girls? :headscratch:

Two suggestions:
1. Near the top of the MOTD, let people know that planes are enabled at Vbases. Bases are far apart on this map, helps to know you don't have to fly two sectors to get a fight.
2. Hey, where's the Il2?

the LA7s should be excluded in the future, the LA5fn is more then enough.
and as I said on Pig Vox - I will take any Soviet fighter with my KI84 any day. . .as long as they don't 'extend' for more then a sector (i.e. run away)

I disagree. The La5 is a very nice plane, but it isn't close to a Frank.
At any rate, this is supposed to be a summer '45 setup, so the La7 ought to be there.
