Can you download all the skins in one go and not in background?

Nope. You can get a firefox plugin that will download all links with 1 extension, set it to download all .res files.

Otherwise, you can't download all at once.

there was a skin downloader that was tested a couple of months ago.  look it up on the main page or send skuzzy an email, maybe he can point it out for you.  you can d/l individual skins or all of them.  it worked pretty good.
