I didn't check the oven temp till it was too late and at 350 I didn't get the browning I wanted (I thought I had set it to 400)
Oh, well, next time.

Try an egg wash on the dough,I like to sepperate the yolk from the white and just use the yolk!
YMMV.

Dangit! Skuzzy needs to ban this type of thread! It's torture seeing such deliciousness and not be able to grab a bite! Really really looks tasty....

I actually opened the fridge to get one out, but grabbed butter instead, melted and brushed. It didn't work. I didn't know about separating the egg and just using the yolk. Will try to remember that one.

4 thumbs up outta 5
deductions for no toaster, no drink ! not browned....no need for veg.
(bonus ..great art work.. :aok homemade pastry :aok)
egg yolk is the thing..gives colour & makes it look so tasty, and if you sprinkle seeds it helps them stick..
what was inside?
Great work though
KEEP THE PIE ALIVE
