Title: Short Video Instead of Current Splash Screen

  Instead of having a .jpg image as our AH splash screen, would it be possible to have a video clip playing that shows some of
the highlights this game has to offer.  I've been watching some of the films that folks here have put together and I bet it'd look
great seeing a short video when first launching the game.

there's a splash screen so there wont be a blank screen while the game is loading.  if a film is playing that it will delay even more and after a few times it becomes obnoxious.

I don't believe that the game actually begins loading, until you select to play either online, or offline.  The video could be
played until one of those options have been selected.  That is, if it's even possible to have a video playing.

probably but even then it becomes annoying after the first couple of times.

I think it does. There was one picture that for some reason chocked a bunch of systems and the load time was so slow it either booted the game, or turned all your settings down.

Now looking at the size of some of these videos, it would make AH a much larger download than it already is.

I don't want no ubi-style movie splash page. That's annoying as hell and gets skipped in 100% of every game ever played. If you can't skip it, people modify the game files to replace them with blanks to skip them anyways.

An animated .gif would work good. :salute

P.S. I change my splash screen every Friday to keep from getting bored of it. ;)
