-
sorry 1.89? No comprendo. :D
-
I got my 1 kill in it last night. :)
-
D-25 had a 1.89 k/d ratio last month......largest group of victims was P51. Interestingly.....a SINGLE kill of 'Gunner' was recorded...HOW did that happen?
-
you guys like it...just cause its called JUGs
:D
-
Recently started flying the D25 and have to say I probably killed the K/D it would have been far over 2.
Honestly it is not a easy plane.
-
I flew a decent amount of D-25 sorties last month. Surprised that number isn't way lower :bolt:
-
I love shooting them - please keep flying them.

It doesn't matter. As long as you work on it and understand what it can do, you will get better.

How many of you guys experienced the gas tank fire? Sometimes I think our 47s were produced at the Mitsubishi plant.

didn't bail out when in gunner position in bomber...? :headscratch:

This is a rare occurrence that can happen if you kill a bomber with an additional gunner aboard. I have this every few months.
Arena wide, it happened only 1519 times in 2011.

Jugs, yummy.

I question this too. Film your flight every time in the jug and each time you are on fire, send it in to skuzzy.
-
just because the tanks are self sealing does not mean they don't catch fire too.
TBH as someone who basically flies Japanese planes in MA, I prefer the fire to the radiator hit. The 109 radiator hit (1 in 3 sorties for me average) is the reason I will not go for a 109 like I used to.
Anyway - what perd said :rock
-
Hint to you Jug Pilots. Upon take off immediately switch to main fuel tank.
Reason: If you get a fuel tank hit, 9 out of 10 times it will be the main tank.
This will leave aux fuel which is usually enough to get you home.
If the tank catches fire, take advantage. Break out the marshmallows!

I can see it catching on fire here and there but it seems to happen much too often.

I will do that. I have a squady that flys them a lot. I'll see if I can get him to film as well.

But there is not enough time to break out the marshmallows, cook them and then eat them. :frown:
