Is this info on the website current about preferred requirements?
2Ghz Intel Core 2 or better
1GB system ram
256k video card dirctx compatible, AGP-PCI based.

It will work, but basically you want to get as much computer as you want. With that list if you have Win7 instead of XP you'll want to add more ram. If you want to run all the eye candy, you will want more video card, see what I mean?
A couple things you can do,
Post your budget in the Hardware and Software (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/board,18.0.html) section of the boards. Many people will try to list you a system you could get for that price and you can build it your self.
Call TilDeath and have him build you a system. He'll work with you to get you a system that will work for you and try to keep it in your budget.
Post a few links of computers you think might work and have these guys look through them and tell you what they think.
Most of these guys are pretty good and won't lead you wrong.

Thx as always Fugi. Id like to be prepared for future updates as much as possible without dropping to much dough. I will go through tildeath instead of going off the shelf.
