Hope this helps you to install them.  After installation, open AHII and select the correct terrain.  Then select Offline Practice.  Once in Offline Practice, choose Practice Missions from the clipboard.
Your missions should appear there.  If they don't, verify that you have selected the correct terrain for that mission.
