The Thunderbirds are seeking new membership. We are a new squadron with mixed player ability both new and experienced. We need Bombers now and even would like to have a fighter escort squadron in place in the near future. We are with the Knights country. We have a fully functioning website and are welcome to any suggestions for new features to site as well. We are active mostly in the evenings and play in late war era. Voice ability is preferred though not required. If you are looking for a fun squadron to be apart of that works as a team and are a active player please reply here or email me at tbaber93@yahoo.com. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully getting this squadron off the ground and running with large dominate numbers.

Come on we even have our realistic skin in the game for the B-17 it doesnt get much better than that lol. Seriously though join up, hey if another BG wants to merge into ours if your having a hard time getting people i am ok with that too. Just get with me so we can work out the details.

Give it time. I started out the 91st with the same concern- would there be very many folks who would enjoy flying in a bomb group? It's an aspect of AH that requires a great deal of patience, and people have to be sure of that when they join.

Ha Ha, well at least you understand my concern. I didnt plan on giving up but I was hoping for a little more enthusiasm lol. Its all good I have a few Active members and they are fun to work/play with and good players too. Ill keep plugging and hoping to get a large group together.

Might want to take a look at this info on the next scenario. We've already got a 303rd BG going but I do believe we could still use bomber pilots.

We have 6 members now slowly but surely growing. Come join the fun great website and all lol. We ranked top 100 for bomber damage last tour not bad for not being around the whole month and being so small a group. So come join up and help us get even higher and get noticed.

Whats a guy gotta do to get some interest around here lol. Offer a paycheck?, how about gift baskets?, jelly of the month club certificates? How about just a chance to have fun and play a great game with some great guys. You dont have to strictly be a bomber fighter escorts are nice or just an entire fighter squad would be great. I know people are out there I see you online in the forum. Just give us a try if you dont like it we will only tie you down and make you stay no worries lol.

Again, it will take quite a while, longer than you would like. My suggestion is to take the people you have, do some missions, build your reputation. What your bomb group does as it starts out will eventually draw interest.
The 91st is only three years old, and it took a long time to get the ball rolling. Now we are cruising along at 21 members.
Your 303rd is freshly started. You will not gain a following overnight. Work with what you have, make it fun, and you'll get there. :)

We are with the Knights country.
I might be interested, I'm trying to get some practice in the B-17's right now and I prefer the P-51 which would be a good escort plane. Do you plan to "remain" Knights? I don't like switching countries. :)

FYI we have expanded to now include a escort group the 359th FG for those of you that like flying fighters and like flying escort or support missions with the bombers feel free to inquire about becomeing a member of The 359th FG "Lightning"

Will you be rotating to different countries or staying Knights? :salute

Each month the 8th AF Mission will rotate to allow the most amount of players to know and join. Many players who are members of other squads will change countries to fly Allied or Axis.
