Title: Grilled beef thymus gland, pancreas, and stuffed sheep intestines for dinner.

Very tasty with a little bit of lemon and sometimes a bit of chimichurri sauce.

A pancreas? Sheep intestines? Did you come up with this while still high from the bath salts? :huh

I think they used to make the lining of hot dogs with sheep intestine

They still do in many cases. Or pork intestine. They just wash them out and fill with meat mixture. Then it's off to the oven/smoker.

Man if you guys are grossed out over that, don't ever ask what is really in the food you eat everyday!
