Ever since I was 7 or 8 years old, Combat! has been my show, I can list every episode of MASH, Rat Patrol, Black sheep but Combat! is one I charish a copy of all seasons on Dvd.

Combat. My old man was in Army Intelligance and spoke German so he'd translate for us.
Hogans Heros too. That show still makes me laugh my behind off.

Makes me want to watch the whole thing again, the sound of the Spits at the start of this clip makes my hair stand on end, and the supercharger on the ME109 in the dogfight. Great stuff. Except there is no way the Yank would say "well I hope you make it" more likely in my AH experience to be "come back 109 newbdweeb runtard :)"
I would like to see some more Derek Robinson work as films. Goshawk Squadron would be excellent. I must have read it 10 times now, my GF has just read it and I spent ages peering over her shoulder, distinctly jealous that she was reading it for the first time

I tell you the worst one had to be 'Tour of Duty' from the late 80's.
