Title: Win 7 - CH Control Manager Problems
Post by: Majors on July 07, 2012, 10:58:17 AM
Hi Mates

Just got a new Dell 8500 XPS with all the bells a whistles.  However, loaded with Win 7.  Having a very hard time getting my CH Controllers (Fighterstick, Pedals and Throttle working in AH.  Works fine in Flight Simulator.  I have installed and reinstalled CH, been to their BB and gotten all the devices sorted out in Win 7.  Just can't get them working in AH.  Using same maps from old PC with XP.

Anyone have any ideas what I need to do to get this workin on AH?

Many thanks

I just upgraded to win 7 premium and didn't bother to install the ch software.  Everything works fine.

If you uninstall CH software you can calibrate through windows.

I had it loaded but you dont really need it.

Did you upgrade to a new PC or just upgrade to Win 7 from vista?

If to a new PC, how do you load your maps in CH?

Remap!  It's the most fun way to do out!

last I checked you cannot calibrate ch hardware thru windows.  you must download their software which is what win7 does.  the only software you can calibrate thru windows is logitech.   I have both and that's how it works for me.

Huh...  That's weird, it was just plug and play for me.  I must be special.
