Title: ATI 4650 Video Card
Post by: Mcclusky on July 09, 2012, 06:48:55 PM
Hi to All!
I have the ATI 4650 video card.. do you still recommend the 4.12 Catalyst Drivers with the ATI control panel.
I only have 2 GB on board, I m having issues with the game resolution. It takes forever for the details to come up
there are blank white spaces until it gets filled...

With the ATI 4650, I would use an older driver like the Catalyst 10.12 drivers or the Catalyst 11.1 drivers being the latest ones to try.  The newer drivers just don't work well with the Radeon 4xxxx series, especially the lower end 4650 series.  ATI does have beta drivers (12.6 beta) (http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/catalyst126legacyproducts.aspx) that are for earlier 3xxxx and 4xxxx Radeon cards that might help but the safe bet is using the older legacy drivers.
