I just found out today There is a Commemorative air force near me in peachtree City and a Flying Dc-3/C-53/C-47 pretty cool ill get photos up soon.Plus they gotta F-16C blk 30  at the terminal when you come to the airport.

They have their B25J "Maid in the Shade" in the hangar at our local airport until Thursday this week. I'll post pics tomorrow in the thread in General linked below.

NIce guys and yes Lep Zepplin remark but here at the Airport We gotta a Dc-3 flying F-16 0n a stand C model block 30+
P-51D,T-6 korea, SBD, L-2, 2 rep Kates and Vals then like 5 million dollars worth of models in the back

Well... in his defence, they made T-6 Texans for a looooong time and we used them as primary trainers for about as long.  Perhaps they refer to it as their Korean-era T-6 (a notable distinction, meaning its one of the later models, or maybe even RARER one of the few US T-6s to see COMBAT during the Korean war as a forward air controller), or maybe that it was used by the S. Koreans for their purposes and eventually made its way back to this side of the pacific.

While it's probable he's wrong, if not then their T-6 is much cooler than your average/common Texan (a serial/tail # might help).

I don't remember a DC-3 out there, I think you saw some CAF planes transiting the field on the way to Oshkosh.   They do have a P-51, an LT-6, and an SBD that I believe is one of only two flying Dauntless in the country, if not the world.
