Title: anyone been discoed and got back in yet?
Post by: Bruv119 on July 18, 2012, 04:32:20 AM: this is one of the more innovative additions in the last patch, I rarely get dropped out and apart from turning my router off and on I was wondering whether anyone has had it work as intended?

In scenarios this will be really useful assuming your plane doesnt get killed whilst she is climbing :aok

To be exact the disco part of it DID work :D, but despite returning into the arena within about one minute, this part: "If you return to the arena within the 5 minute window and your plane was not shot down, it will automatically respawn your flight and replace the AI drone with your plane." never happened.

And no, I was not using alt-F4, it was a regular disco.

An arena reset from server side is not a disco in game terms.

By killing my DSL connection while flying in EW. Got "Lost USP, switching to TCP", them "Host connection lost". Reestablished connection, restarted AH, entered EW. Nothing happened then.
My score card shows the disco.

Actually, there was a bug. My fault. I fat fingered a copy of one file.

I like songs about drivin trucks and I don't make a whole lotta bucks but I know enought to know that disco sucks. :rock
