Just had one of those white knuckle, sweaty palm, whole body moving engagements with Poppy. I was in a 109G-6 and he was in a Spit9. The close quarters knife fight lasted so long, that in the end we both ran out of fuel within 20 seconds of each other. :lol I've never had that happen where fuel is declared the winner over both opponents. That was just too fun and a heckuva great fight. :salute Poppy, wish I'd filmed it.

I was watching you two go at it while I was climbing out toward England. I believe I have that film, don't know if it would show you two, though.
Looked like a most excellent fight, seemed to go on forever.

<SALUTE> USRanger! Nothing but respectful WHITE KNUCKLE fighting from about a dozen or so guys' in the AvA! I thank you for that battle and plenty of other one too. Gotta throw a <S> to the rest of those animals we go against . . they know who they are . . :airplane:

Great job in AvA all around!!! New!! Terrain is AWESOME!!! Putting a crick in my neck looking for the bad guy that is showing on dar but disappeared into the clouds right in front of my eyes!!! Having some good time in Tank and in the air with some fine folks!!!
This is the way it should be ALL the time...... (the only thing that makes me sad)

i had two of them too last night with Poppy. it was white knuckles and sweaty palms, and the end of it, a sore wrist( no comments from the peanut gallery please!). it was 2 of the greatest fights ive had in more then 6 months. first one probably lasted 10 minutes! or atleast felt like it!

Takes TWO to make for a GREAT fight :cheers: and three and four, etc... I feel privileged being on a post that out of the thousand or so players on HTC's roster the very guys making these insane fights happen give me the props and a <S>! Props to the best PLAYERS in the game and they're in this AVA doin the right thing every time they lift a wing! I don't know if we need to keep the AVA a secret or not, seems to be the only arena where we all fly with respect for each other. I say it again, I'm honored flying with the guys in the AVA and a :salute to all :airplane:
