OK no body can ever say that smot pokers are not violent. :devil
-
unlawful mischief.....lol

This is better than the English farmer who drove past his bank with his manure spreader running.
-
Better a tractor than a tank, I guess. I remember the freak from San Diego nearly wiped out an entire neighborhood.
-
how does 8 totaled police cars only equal 250k? ~32k each seems low considering what is in them.

I grew up in that area. More people are likely to do something like that when upset than to pull out a gun and shoot a bunch of people. Years back, a farmer was upset over some policy or other that came down from the state, so he spent the better part of a very early morning spreading manure on the interstate. It was pretty funny.

Not only did they steal his property, they also put him in chains before tossing him into a cage. This has happened to me before and while I believe he could have exercised more self control, I certainly don't blame him for what he did. The cops drew first piss as far as I'm concerned.

So crushing a police car constitutes "aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer"?
Which makes me wonder about THIS (http://www.local12.com/mostpopular/story/Ohio-Police-Dog-Dies-in-Hot-Car/Ko2qVTG-MUe9L05aKf5Piw.cspx) and THIS (http://www.local12.com/mostpopular/story/Police-Dogs-Die-After-Being-Left-in-Hot-Car/SEW5UK-gGEi6hXBMejNajg.cspx).

Back in the day, businesses would hang a sign out front to reflect the craft or trade that they practiced,
Dentists would hang a big tooth.
Cobblers a big shoe
Mechanics a big wrench, etc.
In New Hampshire, God hung a sign that says "Here we make men" :aok

Someone should get up there and fix him, though
:D

No thanks. An icon no more, but a memory unforgetable. You wouldn't believe the idea for replacement. Little iron thingys you look at an angle and it gives the illusion of it still being there.
Excellent original post though.
And to slate, Wisconsin is cheese. Vermont is "the green mountain state". Ver-Mont. Known for originality, I would wager they lead the nation in roads beside a river named "river road".

That just made me a bit sad realizing it's gone. I remember going up to see it when I lived in Derry before my family moved to California. I already have a shoddy memory but I can still remember going to see it on a few occasions.

Derry is the town I worked at.... the first tattoo shop anyone would give me the time of day, tattoo Palace.... I eventually bought out the shop(well the wife did for me) but gave it up 9 months later(like an idiot)
