Title: film viewer not working

This happens when I try to access  AH film viewer. When this happens I get a message to find a solution or to restart the program. Either way I get blue screen. If I go to ctrl alt delete and log off it starts back with my normal desktop.

Get this message
Microsoft visual C++ runtime library.
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in a unusual manner.

Thanks for any input.

I am not sure I understand.

Are you trying to run the film viewer while the game is running?

Also note, try running the film viewer from the Windows "Start" menu and not a desktop ICON.
