Title: copy pix from folder to AHBB

Greetings people  :)

Would some1 pls advise me as to HOW to send a picture from a folder
to AHBB?  Have a request to send the picture to AHBB but sadly I don't know how?

Tried the "Search function" on AHBB but to no avail, perhaps my sentence structure was incorrect!

Would sincerely appreciate the necessary steps to perform for a successful picture transfer.  TY, ur kindness & courtesies are solicited.
