Lol you can't talk about major CA cities... the numbers are misleading because both the SF bay and LA are huge urban mish-mashes of 100s of cities and many counties all grown into each other without a discernible border (ie no gaps or free space, and all roads connect through).

for example..
17,877,006 Los Angeles CA, metro size (2010 census).
7,563,460 San Francisco/Oakland/San Jose Metro size (2010 census).

Edit:
302,157 Lincoln, Nebraska metro (2010 census).

Well if we're including suburbs, than the Flint area is over 425,000.   :neener:
Made even more impressive considering there's no jobs.
I live in Cleveland by the way Grizz :D

Thing is not alot of people want to admit living in Flint. Maybe the Dayton Family bout thats about it.

I grew up just a few minutes away from Pierson Road.  Arguably the most dangerous community in the country now.  If you know the area, my grandparents lived on the corner of Pierson and Clio.  Although back in the early 80s, it hadn't blossomed into the wonderful place it is now.
If there was still work there, I'd kill to be able to live back home.  It's actually a great place filled with great people and countless stories and history.
The crack explosion mixed with the auto companies abandoning it sealed its fate however.
Now Flint is just in the business of making Detroit look good

Here's a little news from Flint, from a store I used to frequent:

"Witnesses said a severely injured man was found lying in the road at the entrance of a store at the corner of Pierson and Fleming roads. They weren't sure whether the man was shot or struck by a vehicle.
The victim was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
An officer told 911 dispatchers he believed the man was shot, but police have so far declined to speak with media to confirm the details or the man's condition.
Update: Police later confirmed the man was shot and killed."

Gotta love the heart warming endings

Flint is a garbage hole, almost as bad as Detroit.

They are both in the top 5 highest crime rates.

I live near flint. Trust me theres more than that there...

As of 2010 Genesee County had over 420,000

Also, some quick calculations show Flint has 1/3ish the land as Lincoln, and half-ish the population.  After running those through my machine, I come up with Flint > Lincoln
