Oh yeah I remember that guy. He was on The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show wasn't he?

  Tennesee Tuxedo was the cartoon it was on,I was a big fan as a kid just because I new "get smart" did the voice for TT

Sadly, tennessee didn't also get Maxwell Smart's Sunbeam Tiger.
