Post a pic or short film of you making a trophy shot on your opponent. Tell us what you think stands out about your kill: maybe it was at long range, a difficult deflection shot, or just the coup de grāce of a great fight. Maybe you even have a pic/film of someone pulling a great shot on you (just don't take the credit for yourself!) Blot out the names of the vanquished before you post them, unless that particular player deserves a little humility...  :D

This was my first true high alt bomber kill in the 88mm flak gun. It occured at a distance of 5k (alt 13,000 feet) egressing from his target at about a 60 degree angle from my gun.

These two pictures go with the same kill. had several sets of lancs come over at an alt of 13,600 feet above the base. Took the wing off at a near vertical angle right after he dropped his bombs (distance 4.5k). Luckily I think I got him on my last shot; I had just switched targets to the the second incoming set of lancs when his name popped up.

Does anyone else think Top Shot might be a half decent program if it was not populated entirely by the most desperate egotists and if they replaced the host with someone less vomit inducing?

I jumped into a flak 88mm at a v-base when I saw a set of lancs coming in at an altitude of about 11 k-feet. I started firing away and killed one at a range of about 6.4 k-yards {This is now my personal long range record in the 88mm}. When he was directly over me, I destroyed a second lanc at 4.0 k-yards immediately after he dropped his bombs. As he was egressing away from the field, I wheeled the cannon around and struck his right wing at a range of 6.2 k-yards for the final blow. This was by far the most successful I've ever been in the 88mm flak 36.

No fuel/Engine out.  Stalling speed.  Last 32 rounds (16/16) of 20mm.  At 500 yards.  And at a rather extreme angle
