Title: Enermax tower

I have a couple problems & support is pretty bad. The docking station is not recognized by the PC/Motherboard/programs, & the blue high speed USB ports 2 on top & 4 in back are not recognized as well. Any help would be nice. all the cables available are connected from the tower to the motherboard, ie nothing left.  :headscratch:  :old:

If you have to call technical support for a case.  You bought from the wrong manufacturer.

I gather you installed all the supplied drivers?

I am pretty sure the blue usb ports are usb3.0 but i could be wrong.

typical color for USB 3.0.

as for the OP, double check drivers are installed.
