Title: Cannot Fire PT Boat Rockets

I'm having a problem with PT Boats I never had with the previous versions of the game. I can't select, move or fire rockets.

I load up with rockets, open the doors (and see the launcher swivel) and then press seven to move it up and down.

Nothing happens.

I can go to any other station on the boat (1-6) but cannot select station 7. I can also fire torpedoes from station 1.

Any theories as to why?
