Title: Remove lead computing bomb/gun sight functionality

Or at least have it accessible only through a separate, dedicated offline application for training.

Trust me, the functionality needs to be removed from the client side application, period.

It is available offline, in the TA, and Custom Arenas only. I see no reason to remove a training tool from the Training Arena, and since the main use for Custom Arenas seems to be for training purposes as well, I see no reason to remove it from them either.
