Title: Tippy Dipping

I used to practice flying along in the TA and DA very slowly with my wing tip touching the ground or water. When doing this on water it used to generate a continuous rooster tail splash of water but on a given moment the water splash disappeared. Did some flag get turned off somewhere perhaps?
