as for farming for b29's, just resupply factories in late war.. its insane how many perks you can earn.

Surprised this hasn't been done already but having said that, I guess HiTech and gang don't feel that is must be an issue or they would have fixed it by now.

it's been requested so many times and never been changed, there must be some reason for that in the minds of HTC (unfathomable though it may be to us)

as for farming for b29's, just resupply factories in late war.. its insane how many perks you can earn.
that was before the whole resupp factory where you got on average 20 perks per run in a goon

20 Perks isn't bad, considering the 80-100 perks per hour you can make during peak hours in ew/mw. <deleted info>

Makes sense and I agree gaining perks in Early War is lame. However this would cramp some people's style and demoralize them. I say no. Not to mention theres not alot to spend on in Early or Mid anyway.

I tried this once...found it BORING as hell. :bhead It's more fun when there is a chance to be intercepted or even shot down vs farming in the other arena's were your BIGGEST threat is a disco. I get plenty of perks for shooting down planes AND blowing stuff up, even if I don't make it home. :)
As for the OP, it would not bother me one bit if the perks were separated between each arena, however, some folks who play LW for a while may wish to go into the other arena's for kicks or to plain get away from the LWA. Having them start from scratch would make it a little frustrating for a few of them. The numbers are quite low in EW/MW compared to LW, meaning it will be harder for them to find enough fights within a reasonable amount of time to rebuild. MOST of the time I log in, I see EW sitting at 0-5 and MW 0-10. Honestly, if I wanted to go there, but had to start with zero perks, I wouldn't bother. I am guessing that HiTech has it the way it is because it's easier to keep perks and let them be used in the other 2 arena's vs losing a customer entirely because they have to rebuild their perks from zero in arena's that are ghost towns.

Very few people fly the very few perks rides anyway, so the playing field is pretty level. Of course, some people can't fight on a level playing field. ;)
For the most part, I personally stay out of perk rides - I see no reason to use them other than the occasional "let's do something different" - so have more perks than I know what to do with. I feel sorry for those who "HAVE" to use perk rides and cannot earn enough perks in their favorite arena to keep them in those rides.

who needs perks.... when i left the game i had thousands of perks, nothing really to spend them on in MW and didnt really care for LW. I always thought this should be changed. Dont know what the numbers are like in MW and EW now but sometimes the perk farmers at least give ya something to shoot at... +1
