Title: Soccer for the blind

Would not have believed it if you'd told me, but it was on the broadcast of the Paralympics this evening. Quite startling skills, staggering stuff.

Watched the South African Men's 4x100m relay earlier today. Leadoff guy had no hands, anchor guy no feet, the squad finished in a world-record time of under 48 seconds. Forty freakin' seven something.

These guys are ridiculously good.

Blind soccer is quite fun to watch, it's scary how they can still beat the keeper with some shots.
