Joe Biden sitting between to bikers, with a biker girl on his lap.
What are the two bikers on either side thinking?
It kinda looks like they wish they were in his lap too.

That hand CAN'T be there unless Biden is sitting in someone else's lap, hidden behind the girl sitting in HIS lap. So we have Biden in a biker bar 3-way with 2 spectators.

It's good to be king, but being the joker in the king's court isn't bad either.
