Title: Resupply effectiveness of M3 and other GV.

I bombed down a HQ today with city at 100% and it was back up in six minutes even though the train had not yet arrived with it's load.

I know the effectiveness of the C47 concerning resupply was adjusted but did they do the same for the M3 or is one M3 drop still worth an entire trainload of supplies?

I think field/town/strat supply whines could be fixed "Perk/time wise" if when selected for field supplies three C-47's upped in formation.  More targets.
