This one was suggested by "Beefcake" a while ago, and then again by "Volron" recently. As it STILL seems to be an "issue" I put it together.

As always, I'm looking for ideas. I may not use it right away and save it like I did with this one, but if it sparks a good cartoon, I'll try to use it.
