Title: NO squad ranks

When I try to look up squad stats for late war I get the following message: ***REGULATORS***'s squad did not fly in Late War Tour 152    Why?

It is tied to the CO.  If the CO has not flown the tour, then it will not show any squad ranks for the tour.
