Title: More beefy strat system?

With the recent changes tot he strats and trains/convoy rehauls is it possible a new beefed up strat system is in the works? Possibly incorporating ideas presented in the wishlist,  :noid and maybe Ranger is  in collusion with hitech and is working for them already! :noid
