My wife and I entered “The Tour De Donut” in Arcanum, Ohio. It’s a 32 mile bicycle race with 2 donut stops. For each donut you eat at the stops, 5 minutes is deducted from your total ride time. There were over 1,100 participants this year...
This was the starting line in front of us.

And the line behind us when we started.

And I came in THIRD PLACE!!!! (I’m not talking about speed… Man we took a long time. I'm bragging that only two people ate more donuts than me.) I finished 20 donuts. Second place was 21,and first place was 24. Not bad for my first race!
Here is a little video that someone made of last years race. As you can see, it’s pretty lighthearted.

As Homer Simpson once said: "Donuts...is there anything they can't do?"
Sounds like a fun race!

Sounds like fun, may have to go for a road trip next year and put some miles on the Schwinn. :aok

Many donuts as I can eat, I would have negative minutes
-
Obviously there were no police protecting the route as they must have been participating. :D

How fun. Way to go.

I heard Manawar entered one of those. Due to 5 minute deduction for each donut you eat his finishing time was before he started.
