But thankfully insurance fraud is so rampant there that just about everyone seems to have a dashcam.

so not only can't they build a good car, nor drive the cars they have, now we find they can't even crash a car properly? :x :bolt: :noid

You know, I honestly thought that, maybe, the 18-wheeler did it intentionaly, especialy like how he did it when the other guy (who gets an 11/10 for dismount) had an impossible distance to brake/avoid, and right into his trailer (which who knows was stuffed with what valuable cargo) after he sucessfuly/quickly got his cab and himself already clear of any danger.

That's because it's true. I see russian drivers daily on the road and they all drive like drunk. They make full stops on highways (illegal), swerve from side to side, back up on busy highway after missing a turn... etc.

It looked like the truck swerved to avoid rear-ending the truck in front of him that had braked suddenly.
ack-ack

He also slowed down a bit I thought as if preparing to stop or turn, but it seems his trailer brakes or their lights or both arent working properly either...

He mean to do that. :aok
