I,ve seen the term, what is it and how do you do it?

"Spawning" is the appearance of a player/object in the game world. If you click on one of the 'deploy' buttons in the tower and show up in your plane/tank on the spawn point, you are "spawning in".

   You may have to right click your map and then select vehicle spawns to show on map.
