you may want to shop around for a different phone service.  I pay the same rate no matter where I call.   e-mail is your friend.  Also you need to keep an eye on the timezone thing.  good luck

I did email; straight after my phone call went unanswered

This is just a wish, not a "I'm too stupid to find other methods" post.  :rolleyes:

Suggestion:

Use skype to dial their 800-number.

Do not call my 800 number from England though as I can't afford to answer it.
