Post by: 100Coogn on October 16, 2012, 07:10:52 PM
Giving it up.  Don't feel like I'm contributing to the AHII community or life in general anymore...
Off the smokes and booze for 2 hours and counting.

Forget cold turkey...go get the patch #1 Stage at a drug store.  Not cheap but cheaper than a portable oxygen machine.   I quit smokes using the patch over 2 years ago.  I was a 25 year smoker too.  Don't miss it one bit!!

You keep rockin' coogan and I believe in you!

DON'T YOU write all the offline missions that everyone loves? that sounds like a MASSIVE contribution to me.

i've never smoked, or drank, but if you want/need an ear, i can pm a cell number to ya, and chat whilst i work..........

Best of luck.  I know it can be done as my dad did it back in the '80s.
