Ok I did a change on my rig ... I went from my I5 processor to an I7, the i5 is the 2600k and the i7 is the 2700k version. Now my computer worked perfectly before the change but after... Nothing comes up on screen. I don't even have the bios screen coming up. I checked all the pins on the mb and there is no problem there. Did I miss an important step?!
All help will be appreciated.

Ok just looked it up the asrock p67 extreme 4 gen3 is not compatible with the I7 2700k.. So a new mb is being ordered. So I guess I will be selling my old setup.

Even though 2700K is not listed, it is compatible with P2.20 BIOS (not certain about previous revisions). So, update BIOS before installing new CPU.

Well after contacting asrock customer support they told me the CPU is not compatible with that board even with the updated bios. So I just decided to do an upgrade of my rig and purchased this as a replacement Mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188120
I will be selling my old mb and CPU when I get this installed in my rig.
Keep ya informed as to how it goes.
