Title: Install error

Whenever I attempt to install a download it gives me an error invalid install drive (E:) I do not have an (E:) drive & can't find one listed anywhere? help please? Windows 7.  :salute

Fixed...originally any download would give me an error saying Drive E: invalid....fixed, thanks.  :salute
