I feel dumb for asking...but where the heck do we sign up for this?
The AOM used to fly it regularly and want to get back in........
I tried finding it but couldn't....also is it too late?

First, you will need to have an account on the AH Events web site: http://www.ahevents.org/
Then, you move on to here: http://www.ahevents.org/squad-sign-up.html
Send a "heads up!" email to the FSO Admins once you're signed up: fso_admins@ahevents.org

I suggest 4-6 commitment Ink. You guys had trouble with attendance last go round. Good to have you back in.

ya thats what we are gonna do to start up again.....I know I have been iching to get back to it, some of the best times in AH have been in FSO for me...i miss it like crazy.

I'm with Ink. I attempted to get my squad into this but to no avail. I don't want to leave my MA squad but happy to fly German iron every now and then. Anyone looking for an aggressive 190 stick, decent in the 109?

what i'd do in what i think is your situation, is to start a thread in FSO forum, letting everyone know that you may be able to commit to some setups. if your preference is to fly only german iron, then make that clear in the opening post.
now, of course, if you could drag some peeps from your squad........sometimes you'd have to fly allied iron, but that's what we all do here in fso.
me personally, i love the p38, and love flying it. but i consider the 325th my second home(sorry.....i fit in too well with the goofballs in the 80th, can't leave em), and love flying with those guys. i don't care if we're in my beloved p38, or ki61's. i'm flying with a bunch of pile-its i love to fly/fight with.
we'd love to have more of you guys n gals! it makes the work more worth it. :aok

FSO takes place on the first three Fridays each month. Last week was Frame 3 for October. The November FSO frames start on Nov 2, so this coming Friday is an off week. And if you haven't guessed, your MA squad affiliation and your scores/ranks/perks/etc is unaffected by anything in any Special Events arena, so you can fly with whatever squad you want, as long as you've made previous arrangements to get an invite come event night.

JG-54 will take anyone that is looking to fly FSO. we're a axis only squad, or atleast they haven't made us fly axis up to now. we would welcome anyone that's looking to fly the FSO on a regular basis.
