Title: can we change the size of dots on the clipboard?
Post by: caldera on October 27, 2012, 02:31:58 PM
Is there any way to make the red and green dots bigger on the map?  I tried zooming on an area but that makes the dots seem even smaller.

Maybe my eye sight is going but these are seriously small.  Have no trouble reading the above text but the plane dots seem as small as a period.  They can be hard to spot if there is less than a bunch together.  The little red dots blend in with spawn point lines and other map features.  A little help, please.

We don't have the ability to adjust the dot size. I think it's mainly a function of the resolution the display is using...

Thanks.  That's a bummer.

seems that since they stay smaller it would be more precision, but at that kind of zoom there is very little precision anyway.

(you are zoommed in way further than I EVER zoom, i like to see about 3 or 4 sectors horizontal)

3x3 sectors is about as close as I ever zoom except of course if I'm, ummm... spawn camping.   :noid

I think of it as the nearest nine (sectors).

The 'dots' are quite literally dots.  It is a single pixel on your display, regardless of the resolution the game runs in.
