You will not be able to get the original login ID. The login ID is the account number for your account and is private information between you and HiTech Creations.  The game ID is completely separate and, unless it is take, you can get it back.

It's something that I should be able to get via email though right? I have once before when I lost all my info.

You need to create your account, using a different login ID.
Then go online and when it asks, supply the game ID you want.
Your game ID is available.

You really od not need to contact us for anything pertaining to your account.  Just go for it. :)
