My dad has a 1967 fastback that needs a resto, that has been given to me.  It needs floorboards put in is where he stopped with it lol.  would post pics but the car is in colorado and I am in vermont, hopefully soon I will be able to afford to go pick it up and commnce to rebuilding lol.  The only part that wont be "original" is the passenger wing window.  When I was a kid, me and a neighbor was playing rock baseball and I sent a rock through the neighbors 1967 fastback wing window, and my dad made me give the window out of mine to him for replacement :cry . when I talk to my folks tonight I will get them to take some pics so I can post them here.

Have a friend that was at SEMA when this car was there. They were saying the build cost around 2 million. A little rich for my blood. It is a one off, but I can't see it coming close to that if it were to go up for auction.

Part of the blinged-out pomp and circumstance that surrounds SEMA is the presentation of the Gran Turismo Awards, which recognizes best car design and innovations in six categories, as well as an overall Best in Show. This year's winner was David Eckert and his 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 40, which also won the award for Best Hot Rod.
