Changes that spring to mind in no order: 88's at all bases.
Auto transmission for gvs.
Depending how long you've been gone, a new town set up & capture parameters.
Hitting strats does affect ea sides resources in a tangible way.
M3's can resup towns with startling results.
That's what springs to mind.

M3s have always been able to resup towns as far as ack guns go. are you saying M3s can resup buildings in towns now?
[yep supplies cuts the downtime for each object in a town--base supplies cuts downtime for everything except-vh's fh's and bh's
