Title: Lancaster external view instrument panel missing Mipmaps

Hi,

in external view of the Lanc III the pilot's instrument panel is flickering heavily.

Suspect missing mipmaps for the texture.

May apply to other planes too.

All of the gauges show through the A20 also while in external view.
