Title: Going to Vegas

I'm gonna be in Vegas Dec. 29th, - Jan. 2nd 2012 if anyone out that way would like to meet up.
DaddKev will be out there along with possibly spammer.
And, I'm finally gonna take the plunge (again :rofl) on New Year's Eve.
After almost 20 years of marriage then divorce & enjoying the last 11 years as a single butthead, It's time to get married for the last time.
Not sure if I want to be married by Elvis or an Alien.   :headscratch:

Well, good luck to your bride. I think she may need it.  If your idea of a romantic get away to Vegas to get married includes you have  schedule meetings with other AH member, perhaps you may want to reconsider that whole ready for marriage thing and just upgrade the puter and invest in some more porn and hookers.

I presume Vegas, is the only place you can elope with no pants on.

As for Alien ,or Elvis question. I'd go Elvis, because Aliens and no pants don't mix well. Yah know, the whole butt probing thing .

My little brother got married there just last week.  He used the Little White Wedding Chapel and it was a surprisingly sweet ceremony.

Be prepared for some serious sticker shock.  Vegas isn't what is was the last time I was there - 1990s.

Unless it's for a convention, party or a club with friends (IE: you're only going to getaway, relax, play some slots and get drunk (all shamelesly cheaply)), I do try to avoid Vegas and can be served much happier (or as equaly) elsewhere in the state.

Even the clubs there are getting ovepriced, better off just going to a venue here in LA with a widely known DJ.

Well, 2 days comp'd at Treasure Bay Casino/Hotel in Biloxi, MS.
$200 profits/winnings,
6 meals comp'd,
4 packs smokes comp'd,
Steaks to take on the road for snacks comp'd.
Had to run to Best Buy for a new but basic keyboard, used coupons, $2.13 total, saved $21.40.
Headed now to Wendover, NV for 2 free nights at the Montego Casino/Hotel.
Stopping in Salt Lake City to see spammer and maybe parvo on the 26th.

When you stay and gamble a little at these places, they give you offers to entice you to come back.

Wow, winter storm Euclid made us change our plans a little. We hit blizzard conditions yesterday in North Texas on our way to Oklahoma City, had to hang a left at Amarillo, stayed the night in Santa Rosa, NM.
Leaving soon for Wendover, NV. Gonna spend a couple of free days there. They want their 9k back I won in June...lol

Finally arrived in Wendover, NV @ 1am this morning. What is it with all the white stuff everywhere? We don't see that in Florida very often. I think 1993 was the last time. spammer and parvo are on their way for lunch. :banana:

Thanks for all the well wishes and congrats. We had a blast the last couple of weeks. I will post a bunch of pics when I get home and sort through them all. For a little teaser, here is one of me with a movie star we met and I shot craps with him at Mandalay Bay Casino/Resort for about an hour Saturday night.
