My guess is that someone has a new rc toy. Either that or an extraterrestrial culture spent a lot of resources and time to cross the vastness of space to visit Denver.

Fist off if don't think this is aliens, but I'm actually surprised this doesn't happen more often. Denver has a very robust aerospace industry and NORAD is just south of us.  I would not be surprised at all to learn that they(The US Air Force, and Lockheed Martin) are bringing test birds in from Groom Lake and seeing if NORAD can detect them.  Makes much more sense to me than E.T. dropping by for a visit

Well the stations aviation expert...  is obviously no film/video expert.

He says it's traveling to fast to be any aircraft he knows of.

REALLY?

How does he know how fast that object is traveling?

To calculate the speed something is traveling on video, you first need to know at least one or more of these other variables.  How far away is the object ?  How big is the object?  What focal length lens was used, and on what size sensor?  What is the framerate of the video?   Also if the video is interlace scan, that can create all kinds of weird artifacts when objects move across the whole screen in only a few frames.

This UFO could just as easily be an insect, 8" from the camera going 10mph, as it could be a large craft several miles away going 1000mph.   Though if I was betting, I'd bet on insect.

FWIW I'm no video expert either.  (I'm a still photographer)  But I at least know that much.

Yeah, definately not alins. I mean looked at logically, we would have recieved radio signals from other planets by now if aliens had the technology to visit earth.

Think about it, we've been broadcasting radio signals out into space for how long, and we haven't even put a human down on another planet in our solar system. The mere thought that an alien species could have developed interstellar travel without long-range communication is laughable.

The only other way for aliens to reach us before their radio signals is for them to have developed FTL as little as 11 years after they developed the radio.

Maybe they screen their calls.
